Information we process
We store the account details you provide, subscription and payment references, test attempts, answers, scores, and support messages. Speaking recordings and writing responses may contain personal information you choose to include.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate your account, deliver and score mock tests, maintain your history, process purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, and operate the service.
Service providers
PostgreSQL and object-storage providers host application data. SSLCommerz processes payment transactions. OpenAI may process Writing responses and Speaking recordings when AI evaluation is enabled. Each provider processes only the information needed for its function.
Retention and security
Access is restricted by account role, sessions are stored as hashed tokens, and production traffic must use HTTPS. Operational backups may retain deleted data for a limited recovery period. Retention periods and deletion procedures must be configured by the service operator before public launch.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting support through the Contact page. Some payment and audit records may need to be retained where law or fraud prevention requires it.

Before launch, the operator must add the legal business name, contact address, exact retention periods, applicable jurisdiction, and any rights required by local privacy law.
